We make a variety of flip top closure molds with multi-point hinges, butterfly hinges and in-mold closing technologies for household, personal care, food, pharmaceutical, and beverage customers.
Our flip top cap mold needs only simple maintenance, customer can run the mold without stopping. Beside, we test the mold with PP or PE material, and we assmble-test it on the bottle’s fitness without problem.
Flip-top Cap & Closure Molds enable a hinge to be incorporated in the plastic part design, parts are typically molded in the open position and may be ejected “open” or in the “closed” position.
While we work with key hot runner suppliers in the industry, MOLDEPLASTICO also designs and manufacture custom made hot runners which increases the flexibility in certain applications. Custom hot runners are a powerful and important for multiple gating which is done in various flip top cap & closure molds.
