Over 15 year experience’s manufacture for Swing Lid Waste bin Injection Moulds, we give you the acceptable checking list of Waste Bin With Swing Lid:
1. Cover shall be flat without deformation.
2. Cover of trash bin shall align the same level with cover supporter.
3. Cover shall come back original position automatically after swinging.
4. Cover be rotated evenly.
5. Supporter of cover is prohibited being deformed after ejecting out from mold cavity and cooling.
6. No flash around supporter.
Due to above requirements, the analysis of mold flow is necessary before mold design and fabrication. Meanwhile, the connection between cover and supporter has to be designed well for smooth and balance cover swing.
It is not allowed to have injection gate on the outward appearance of cover, therefore, the injection gate of dustbin cover shall at reverse side. Two ejecting cylinders are working at same time to get balance ejection.
The center of cover supporter is empty, the ejecting system is designed with both stripper plate and ejecting pins to ensure the even ejecting force and avoid deformation. The stripper plate is made by Nitrogen treatment and moving parts are used heat treatment for anti-wearing.
Most of our customers asked using H-13 tool steel with heat treatment for mold cores and cavities in order to rise the mold quality and life up. Meanwhile, the molds are fabricated with hot runner system to get high-end quality dustbin and reduce the wastage of plastic material which is not only cost deduction, but also for protection of environment.
