MOLDEPLASTICO specializes in thin wall plastic cup mold with 15 years experience, these molds can be made by high degree steel like S136 hardness, support injection molding with food material of plastic PC (Tritan), PS or SAN. The mold is designed in automated sprue clipping, to realize the production in full automatic operation. Thus it can improve production efficiency and reduce labor cost.

For thin wall cup mould steel, we use H13 or S136 as mould core and cavity steel. After heat treatment, the hardness of thin wall mould steel can reach HRC42-48, which can make the mould life longer. The quality of mould processing is very important to cup moulds. We always use high-speed milling machines and other high-precision machine tools to process it, and the dimensional tolerance should be controlled within 0.05mm.
